Venue: Dr. BNM Rural Ayurvedic Medical college campus, Vijayapura.

Introduction

The Dr. BNM Rural Ayurvedic Medical college, Vijayapura, has consistently organized a variety of sports and cultural events throughout the year, promoting both physical fitness and cultural expression among students.The recent sports and cultural events held on campus provided students with opportunities to showcase their talents, build team spirit, and foster a sense of community.

Annual Sports Events

Inauguration

            The Annual Sports Meet Kalarava 2025 was held from 29/12/2025 to 30/12/2025 and it was inaugurated by chief guest Mr. Vishwanath Patil, principal Nursing college_____. Mr. Mamadapur, Physical director. Dr. AA Kazi – Sports co-ordinator, Presided by Dr. Prasad. R. Vastrad, principal, Dr. Rajeshwari Kadkol, Dean, Dr. Basavaraj Bhinge, administrator, Teaching staff, non-teaching staff, Refree’s, UG & PG Students.

Over UG & PG students participated in different categories of sports events, including Wolley ball, Throw Ball, Kabaddi, Kho-kho, Table tennis, Carrom and Chess games.

Highlights:

Annual Cultural Events

The much-awaited Annual Cultural Events, held from29/12/2025 to 31/12/2025, was a grand success. The events featured a wide array of performances, including dance, music, drama, and art exhibitions. It showcased the diverse talents of students and provided a platform for creative expression.

Closing Remarks

The sports and cultural events at Dr. BNM Rural Ayurvedic Medical college, Vijayapura,have not only helped students to hone their talents but also contributed to their physical well-being and cultural appreciation. This Kalarava-2025annual sports and cultural events, serve as a reminder of the importance of balancing academics with extracurricular activities along with spirit of unity, creativity, and excellence within the college community.

Valedictory

            The Valediction of Kalarava – 2025 (Annual day and cultural celebration) was conducted in the presence of Chief guest – Dr. M. Sudhakar, principal Shree Sangameshwara PU Science college, Vijayapur. Guest – Dr. R.B. Hirekurbur, Retired professor, Dr. BNMAMC, Vijayapur and Dr. J.C. Huddar, retired principal, Dr. BNMAMC, Vijayapur. Presence of Dr. K.B. Nagur, Chairman- Dr. BNMAMC. Presided by Dr. Prasad. R.
